We encourage our customers to recycle, think green, live green. As a company, we use recycled packing material and try use simple reuseable packaging and bottles.
We import a number of speciality ingredients. Many seed oils and lipids in their natural state. Here is a quick list of some of our natural products or organic products to try:
Raw Shea Butter
This is a nut kernal from Ghana that is in many of our products and is sold undiluted for extreme dry skin. It is full of vitamins and hand made.
RAW Shea Butter - the making of it
Raw Shea Butter - uses
Order shea butter online- give it a try! It comes in 3 sizes plus a free sample size.
Salicylic Acid in Powder form
Our product is called Boost. It can be added to cleansers and moisturizers to provide a natural chemical exfoliation. It is a beta hydroxy which makes it molecularly larger, allowing it to sit on the surface of the skin to do it's job. It works by breaking up the bonds holding dead skin allowing skin renewal. This very popular product can be used to a variety of conditions.
Virgin Coconut butter
It's really an oil, but oh so nice. The naturally occurring toasted nut smell of virgin coconut is out of this world! It is different from refined coconut oil in both the vitamin content and antiseptic properties. It melts at room temperatures so it's a little fussy, but well worth the effort! We sell it undiluted in a 2 oz jar. It can be used to moisturize any skin including your face and lips!
Chemicals to Avoid
People ask all the time, what started this "bizzness". Well, it started from a love of skin care products. As the Queen learned chemical compositions, she became concerned about the chemicals used in various every day products. Our skin absorbs both good and bad things more quickly than if they are digested (10x as fast - ask about nicotine patches and birth control if this seems crazy). There are a couple nasty chemicals we hope you can learn to avoid, too. They are Parabens (linked to cancer) and Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (degreaser in the car wash). The Queen is a popular speaker on the benefits of natural skin care products and can easily be reached be email.
Triclosan
This is another nasty chemical that is used in hand sanitizers and other products. Many companies have reformulated their products, but you should check your ingredient list to make sure you don't have it. It was linked to the deaths of several small children eating it. Here are some links with more info on Triclosan

LOOK UP!
If you have a favorite product and would like to see which chemicals it contains that might be good for you or harmful, we love to use this database! Skin Deep. It is the cosmetic safety database created and organized by a coalition of skin care companies that are working to create safer skin care and beauty products called Environmental Working Group (EWG).
